1) Pure Sport UK test
Pure Sport UK cannot accept liability for the loss of any personal belongings at our events.
It is important to realise that for safety reasons we can only guarantee a place on any programme to those booking in advance.
No refund is provided to any course cancelations. Credits are given to Pure Sport UK programmes to ensure you receive value for your money.
Any refunds provided are at the discetion of PSUK subject to 6% admin and handling fee.
Any mistaken online double bookings will be refunded but will be subject to a deduction of our paypal fee's of 3.4% + £0.20.
Pure Sport UK may from time to time use photographs taken on a programme for advertising literature. We will require parents / guardians permission for these pictures.
Much like an airline we are unable to offer refunds if your child cannot attend the course – FOR ANY REASON as we have already secured the correct number of coaches to run the course in line with our strict health and safety regulations.
Similar to holiday insurance you can opt for our payment insurance plan – which, for just £11.99 for the year. This will guarantee you credits should your child be unable to attend. Simply go to PSUK membership and enrol.
For safety reasons, shin pads are required on our programmes. We reserve the right to refuse permission to any child to participate who is not wearing shin protection. In the unlikely event of injury, your permission is granted for our staff to administer first aid.

Enrolling on a Pure Sport UK programme confirms that you agree to the disclaimer outlined in all Pure Sport UK application forms. This outlines that Pure Sport UK are NOT Liable for any injuries a child suffers on a Pure Sport UK programme.
All data stored is only used for marketing purposes within Pure Sport UK Ltd programmes. If you wish not to be on our databse please contact us at info@puresportuk.com and we will remove you.

By enrolling on a PSUK (Pure Sport UK) programme (including by making payment and/or sending your child(ren) to participate) you:
(i) are agreeing to PSUK terms and conditions which are available on request and on www.puresportuk.com;
(ii) agree that your child(ren) is/are in suitable health and is/are able to participate in physical activity including all sports;
(iii) grant permission for your child(ren) to receive emergency medical treatment;
(iv) agree that to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law PSUK, its agents, employees, contractors’ liability under or in connection with this agreement shall be limited to any payment made by you to PSUK and that PSUK shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
However, nothing in this agreement shall exclude or limit PSUK’s liability for death or personal injury or for other liability which cannot be excluded limited under applicable law.

3) USA Soccer jobs
Pure Sport UK offer a recruitment services and advice to the USA but do not guarantee employment.
The fee outlined for any Job seeker consultation for the service is non refundable.
By enrolloing with USA Soccer Jobs you are confirming that you are happy for us to act as a Recruiter for your organisation or as a Job seeker.
A set fee will be agreed between USA Soccer Jobs and Recruiters for any successful Jobseekers.
4) Recuitment
Pure Sport UK Ltd have an equal opportunities policy for recruitment of staff.
Coaches /Referee's who complete our form are not guaranteed employment. All new staff members nust go through our full recruitment process
5) Business Franchise
In order to own a PSUK Business frachise all potentaial franchisee's must go through our full recruitment process and contract terms inorder to join the team.
PSUK have an equal opportunities process for recruitment.
